Jim is Sullivan Palmer’s founding principal and serves as its President. In his 39 years in practice, he has developed a wide network of relationships with Clients, Developers, Contracting Community and Governmental Agencies. Serving his Clients, Jim brings a wealth of experience to each project, having worked on large and small projects alike, ranging from single and multi-family residential, to schools, hospitality, churches, office buildings, large mixed-use projects, municipal aquatics and urban planning. Jim is registered in Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma.
